Should i worry about a hard fixed lymph node (less than 1cm) on back of neck? i also have bad acne on neck incase tat may be related.

Observe for now: Hello, This lymph node is likely reactive in nature given your history of acne. Any infection in the skin of the scalp or sinuses /ears can drain to lymph nodes of the neck. We do not usually allow hard, firm or fixed nodes to go untreated or evaluated for too long though. If you have any general symptoms of fever, chills, weight loss or feeling run down I would consult with your primary physician
