Red light therapy: I had never heard of infrared therapy to treat insomnia , seasonal affective disorder, or depression before looking this up for you. Many of my patients have used standard phototherapy with high intensity light (to include LED). The standard phototherapy works well but Bipolar patients can become agitated if they get very long doses of it. Just don't know about this red light therapy.
