I had a cold few days ago and used nasal sprays and picked my nose frequent. before 2 days while picking nose i saw blood inside both nostrils when i blew my nose. yhe blood didnt come out from nose only inside. should i worry? treatment!?

The inner nasal lining has a rich layer of capillaries that help add moisture to the air you breathe before it travels to the lung tissues. If you pick, you are likely ti trigger mild bloody oozing. It is what I expect, not an unusual finding. Leave the nose alone & it will self -heal.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. You may apply a sparing amount of emollient, like vaseline inside the opening of your nose to keep the mucosa from getting too dry.
