A member asked:

I feel sometimes bitterness in my tongue and it escapes after few seconds or minute but it never happened before tymnoplasty (ear surgery). so what should i do it is either a gastrological or what kindly guide me. thank you?

Likely unrelated: I feel this would more likely be a bit of acid reflux from your stomach reaching the base of your tongue. Some antacid tablets like calcium carbonate (Tums) or an acid reducer like Zantac may help some. I can see no way this is connected to that surgical procedure other than coincidence.
