Can't tell: Likely if the quantity was small and not under pressure should be ok, but it happens and i would tell your surgeon and see him/her when they say as your follow up

Keep it dry: Allow your ear canal to dry. If you experience any pain, bleeding or hearing loss follow up with your surgeon. Keep your scheduled appointment and avoid additional water in the ear canal.
