Labyrinthitis: Your symptoms are suggesting viral labyrinthitis which is an inner ear infection. Other diagnoses cannot be ruled out. As long as you continue to slowly improve you should be fine, otherwise see your pediatrician as sometimes a short course of meds is needed.
