Stop taking the shot: And tell your doctor/allergist about it, dose/ingredients adjustment may be needed, it seems that you are still in the build up phase, those reactions can happen early, right after receiving the dose, most likely during the 20 -30 minutes observation period, or later at home, at any rate you don't want to continue unless re-evaluated
