Urgent care?: Do you have an urgent care nearby? Looks like there are several per google. It is vital to get fluids in to prevent serious complications and if you are unable to keep fluids in orally, IV fluids at a clinic will help. Furthermore, they have meds to slow down that vomiting and diarrhea. I hope you feel better soon!
