Gi bug was in our house. all better now. 5 yr old first vomited 7 days ago. it lasted 3 days. so its been 3 days no vomit .. been fine but periodic stomach ache. she just suddenly vomited again after 3 days of recovery. normal with gi bug?

Sounds like it might be a parasite like Giardia which can present with intermittent recurrent symptoms of nausea and vomiting. Would consult pediatrician for evaluation and treatment.
