Chiari 1: Hello. Sometimes Chiari malformation can re occur if you have an associated connective tissue disorder (such as ehlers danlos) these are quite common and under diagnosed. I would advise contacting a neurologist to get an eval and imaging esp if it’s been a long time. There is always the chance the headaches although familiar, could be from another cause and treatable (ie occipital neuralgia)
