2 years ago , i did collagen lips filler and few months was looking good by now its been 2 years and didn't dissolve and getting bigger and plump at my lips . any recommendation how can i dissolve? is lips surgery the only way?

See below: It depends upon what type of filler was used - most commonly used fillers are made of hyaluronic acid and can be reversed with an enzyme injection - other fillers (sculptra and radiesse etc) are not made of hyaluronic acid and cannot be reversed --Permanent fillers will eventually fade (make take years) and can cause your body to react to the the injected substance - see your derm MD Good luck
