My boyfriend asked his doctor to get tested why would the doctor only perform chlamdyia ghonorrheq and hiv. i saw the lab paper work and those are the only tests ordered.

Hard to know: These are all infections that can be treated & the potential for transfer to others stopped. There are in excess of a dozen diseases that can be passed during sex but there in no single test that will cover for all. Many are only tested if a specific request/indication is made during discussions with the doc.
