Depressed: You might want to consider seeing a psychologist for a comprehensive evaluation and to be psychotherapy. Seeing a psychiatrist could be very beneficial if medications or further work up is needed. Recommend that you contact your medical insurer to get a list of their covered providers in your local area. Take care

Agree with Dr. P: Do see a psychiatrist. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!
