My mom is bed ridden due to back/neck pain. docs can't figure it out but they order mris all the time. this last time they "forgot to do her neck" & she is in crazy pain every timedue to coils in her brain from aneurysmin the past. malpractice?

Some basics: That answer would come from a thorough review of all records;testing & exam findings by docs trained in that area.To begin that process you would need a malpractice attorney willing to invest their firms time & effort in arranging that study.Attorneys work for money.If no significant loss of function/limb/sight/etc. occurred any payout would not cover their expenses.
