Second opinion: With the symptoms that you have, and an answer that did not provide relief, you should obtain a second opinion, preferable from an ear, nose and throat specialist, as ear problems may produce these symptoms

C- spine strain: For two months and not any better warrants a re-evaluation or a second opinion. Also, you should already be getting physical therapy or some rehabilitation of a neck strain. It can be very beneficial. You might be suffering from sinus infection or allergies causing headaches, ear pressure. Please see your primary care physician about this. Get well soon!

Neck pain: Persistent neck pain with skull and ear pain that lasts two months should prompt another evaluation and additional imaging to uncover the cause of the pain. See your medical doctor about a referral to a neurosurgeon.

Cervical strain: Certainly this may be just a cervical strain of the upper cervical spine. Sometimes a tempomandibular (jaw) joint problem may cause similar problems. If you do not respond to conservative treatment further evaluations should be done
