C- spine strain: For two months and not any better warrants a re-evaluation or a second opinion. Also, you should already be getting physical therapy or some rehabilitation of a neck strain. It can be very beneficial. You might be suffering from sinus infection or allergies causing headaches, ear pressure. Please see your primary care physician about this. Get well soon!
