Self-isolate: If you have Covid, you need to self-isolate. Quarantine yourself. Drink lots of fluids, esp electrolyte solutions, rest, Take Acetaminophen for fever/pain/sore throat, nasal decongestants and cough meds as needed. Eat a bland diet (Bananas/Rice/Apples/Toast) if nauseous. See a Dr for worsening difficulty breathing, blue lips/face, confusion/lethargy, and persistent chest pain.

Home COVID: At the present time there is no medication to treat mild COVID. You should stay well-hydrated and get adequate rest and sleep. If your symptoms worsen you should seek care from a professional.

No specific meds: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
