Most don't mind: Most doctors probably don't mind if you bring a guest to your appointment; besides, it is your appointment. But...By you bringing a guest, you must also realize that your guest may hear personal information about you that you may not want them to hear. Additionally, although you and your doctor would certainly keep info confidential, are you sure your guest would adhere to confidentiality as well?
