Used in several ways: Press-Ganey is a national company that sells its services to hospitals and doctor groups. Press-Ganey sends out surveys to patients and compiles the data to give to the doctors and hospitals. The data helps doctors decide which parts of their practices are doing very well (in the eyes of the patients) and which parts need improvement. Data may be made public (without identifiable information).
