Primary care: You need to establish with a family doc or internal medicine who can further coordinate. Have all records from your pediatrician sent to your primary care doc. A reliable site is uspreventiveservicestaskforce.org or uspstf.org to check for recommended preventive measures. Based on your age you should have screening for cervical cancer and take folic acid supplements among others.
