Monitor: I recommend wearing an outpatient cardiac monitor that will record your heart activity for 48 hours. Note in the diary every time you exercise and/or feel palpitations so that the exact heart rate and rhythm will be identified at the time of symptoms and exercise. This will determine whether you are experiencing significant cardiac arrhythmias. Urge to urinate may accompany paroxysmal tachycardia
