I have shortness of breath and hawking for many months yet i'm still undiagnosed i have normal 2d echo, ecg, x-ray, thyroid,cbc so what could it be?

If your test results are as you indicate, I would doubt there is a serious problem with your heart lungs etc. I am assuming that your doctor has examined you and found no significant abnormality. By "hawking" I assume you are describing a cough. You should be evaluated by your primary physician and may need to be seen by a specialist. for further studies if needed.
