Diarrhea: Most common causes would be a viral intestinal tract infection, mild food poisoning or intolerance of something you ate. Drink adequate fluids, eat a soft,bland diet and take an antidiarrhea medication recommended by your pharmacist as needed. If diarrhea persists longer than a few more days, your physician can order a stool culture to check for pathogens.
