Fertility workup: Endometriosis and PCOS can lead to adhesions and blockages of the uterus, fallopian tubes or ovulation problems. See an OB/Gyn dr who can do a fertility workup. This will include blood tests, imaging studies and hysterosalpingography to visualize the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries. Treatment will be specific to what they find.
