Use pain reliever: Vagisil line of products includes vaginal washes, anti itch cream, lubricants and odor blocking sprays. Your best bet would be to use a pain reliever. Oral Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can alleviate pain for 4-6 hours. Topical pain relievers can cause irritation of the fragile vaginal mucosa and unless prescribed by a dr should be avoided.
