Possible yeast: External vaginal itching due to moisture may be from a yeast (candida or tinea) infection. Vagisil is just a topical anesthetic that can mask symptoms but does not treat the problem. Some women develop a local reaction to the benzocaine. See your clinician for an exam and appropriate treatment. Take Care!
