Costochondritis: Symptoms are suggestive of costochondritis. Mainstay of treatment consists of NSAIDs, such as Ibuprofen or naproxen, physical therapy and topicals, including heating pad. A physical exam will be needed in order to confirm diagnosis as other possibilities cannot be ruled out.
