Not in females: Epididymis is an entirely male structur, sits on the testis and consits of tubules connectinf testiscular sperm ducts to vas deferens. In case you are male member 7 wrong sex was marked, you may have epididymitis which is best treated with an antibiotic. Also should be differentiated from testis torsion where onset of pain is sudden & is an ER emergency.

I have done TSE, my testicle shape & size is good, no bad pain, cremasteric reflux good, no bumps or lumps but, it's hard for me to feel the epididymis on right testicle since it doesn't hang low like left testicle. Is all good with my testicles?
