My epididymis on both testicals often swell up when i'm active and goes down when resting, i hav no urine infection, is this normal?
I had an ultrasound that found an epididymal cyst in my testicle. The testicle has also been somewhat swollen. Is it the cyst causing the swelling? It hasn't been painful and the ultrasound didn't find any cancer so I assume it has to be the cyst?
My right testicle is solid, including the veins coming from it which are swollen and appear as a lump on my pelvis. Left is 4 times smaller.

Ear redness, a bit swollen, and fluid in it. Third day on 1g Amoxicillin. Ear still feels clogged, little pain, major dizziness when staying still for a while, lying down, head movements, and noise sensitivity. Is this normal for an ear infection?
