Scrotal swelling: Scrotal swelling may be associated with fullness of the contents including testicles, veins, or fluid retention. If it is not painful, this is generally a good sign. Causes may include hydrocele (fluid collection) or varicocele (vein engorgement). These are both relatively benign and should not cause concern.

I had an ultrasound that found an epididymal cyst in my testicle. The testicle has also been somewhat swollen. Is it the cyst causing the swelling? It hasn't been painful and the ultrasound didn't find any cancer so I assume it has to be the cyst?
