I found a small swollen node on my stomach, under my ribs, in the middle. it's painful there, but only if i touch there. i had a pimple there, do you think it could be from that? i'm very worried it could be cancer.

Residual infection: What you described suggest residual infection from the "pimple" . There are no lymph nodes in the abdominal wall. It is highly unlikely that it is cancer.
