At the end of my mensural cycle, when i have a bowel movement, i get extra vaginal bleeding. this has happened for my last 5 cycles. there is usually about 24 hours in between no bleeding and the bowel movement. are my bowels blocking the blood flow?

Need more info: Do you have blood in your stools? If yes, you could have hemorrhoids that may be aggravated by your periods. Even if it some thing as simple as hemorrhoids, any abnormal bleeding needs to be evaluated. Blood loss could make you anemic. It would be prudent to see your doctor. You may take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia. Wish you good health!
