No period .BM blood: Check urine blood/ HCG. Is the blood coming from your rectum or vagina and just released when the pressure is released wtih BM? Blood is stool may be hemorrhoids, diverticulosis- rare at your age, or colitis/ ileitis,AVM or rarely endometriosis. Would have fiber every day 1 cup barley lentils oats or brown rice , 2.5-3.5 liters water /gastorade /juice/day for better BM. F/u w/ doc in 24 hrs
