I was brushing the back of my tongue last night with a baby toothbrush and suddenly felt a sharp scratch. im not worried that a bristle might have got stuck or do you think ive just scratched the tongue? how likely is it for a bristle to come loose

Probably a scratch: I sincerely doubt a bristle came loose and is lodged in your tongue. You would certainly feel it.

Probably scratch: Doubtful that 10 bristle came loose, and 2) it became lodged in your tongue. However, if you are still concerned, see your General Dentist to examine the area. It'snever wrong to seek a professional opinion.
