Hello, several times a day the middle of my tongue gets itchy. not painful, just annoying. i brush my tongue gently with the back of toothbrush. thx!

Itchy Tongue: Unfortunately we can't diagnose these types of situations over the internet without a medical history and a one on one clinical examination. Two things that come to mind are a mild allergic or irritation from something you eat, drink or place in your mouth, or... a fungal infection. There are lots of other possible causes. See a local dentist for an evaluation.
