Why do i have beige spots on my tongue? i tried to brush them with my toothbrush and i tried using mouthwash but they didn't go away

Need exam: Cannot tell without seeing them. Could be geographic tongue (benign migratory glossitis) which presents as white/red/tan areas which are not raised, but move from place to place over time. Non-painful but sometimes more noticeable than others. See your Dentist to get examined. May also be taste buds, or just accumulations. Brush tongue to see if they come off. Good Luck.
