I was out in the sun yesterday, and ive gotten a sunburn sickness where it feels like a light flu? im just wondering if im more susceptible to covid-19? and am i safe to be around people?

Ouch !!: It sounds like you over-did it with the sun. This doesn't necessarily make you more susceptible to catching COVID 19. No one is really safe right now to be in close contact with others - because someone could be infected & not have any symptoms. Hydrate well. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others.
