Get tested!: You can get both illnesses at the same time, so you want to know if you have Covid on top of having the flu. When you say "flu", are you meaning respiratory influenza that was diagnosed with a nasal swabs, or are you meaning a "stomach flu". Stomach flu symptoms can be symptoms of Covid19, so either way I'd get myself tested so you know what you are dealing with. Good luck!

Contact provider: Please quarantine. In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps you can use to look at your risk.
