See below: There is not very much information about his arm - But this is clearly not normal, and possibly very serious - he could have a clot or infection in his right arm -and he needs to be seen soon- and be evaluated - the risk of not being seen is probably much greater than his chance of getting the covid virus - take all the precaustion that you can, but be seen
