Vitamin A: Recommended daily allowance (RDA) for vitamin A: is 900 mcg/day for men & 700 mcg /day for women, respectively. You can get your needed Vitamin A through your diet. Because Vitamin A is fat soluble, you wouldn't want to take excessive supplements for this vitamin.
