Vitamin w/minerals: Best bet is nutritional weight loss diet with aerobic exercise. No vitamins will help you loose weight however while loosing a good once a day vitamin will help keep your diet balanced, better yet get a diet program that is highly nutritious and not just crash (and burn) and you shouldnt need one.
