PAC's: Premature beats can definitely occur after meals and may have something to do with stomach distension and interaction with the vagus nerve. Of course foods or beverages that contain stimulants could produce atrial irritability. If you're very often symptomatic from the premature beats, beta blocker medication can suppress them. Discuss this with your MD or cardiologist.
