Not heart.: Achy dull CP occurring without relation to exertion at your age with normal ekg is not very likely to be related to the heart. Extra beats are perfectly normal at your age and as long as they suppress with exercise are of no consequence. At the end of the day you have chest pain without an identified cause. Musculoskeletal pain in the chest wall, esophageal irritation are most common causes.
