Fell off my mtb bike - right knee badly bruised, entire area covering knee cap scraped and very deep. barely any movement and cant bend leg more than 20deg. walking is difficult possible patella break or ligament damage?

See a Dr: severe knee injuries can require surgery. It would be prudent for you to see a dr asap. The Dr can examine the area, do imaging studies and check to see if there is a patellar fracture or ligament damage. Put ice on the knee until seen today.
