Good day, i would like your help with the following: i have rush on my chest that has been there for over 10 years now. its not painful but once in a while some pimples will get painful and develop a cyst.

Rash assessment: Most skin issues require a direct exam or at least a detailed description. Length of time present, placement, color, flat to the skin or raised, irregular or regular margins, suspected triggering event, etc. all matter. You are welcome to start over & provide more info but may just need to write down all you can remember about this & schedule a visit with a dermatologist.
