Pustules: it sounds like it could be pustular or cystic acne, but I can't say for sure without seeing it up close. I think you need to make an appointment with your primary care doctor, or a dermatologist if that is possible, ASAP. You will probably be prescribed antibiotics, and possibly Accutane if it is nodular or cystic acne. Please make an appointment first thing tomorrow. I hope that helps.
