I have a pimple type bump on my chest for going on 5 years now its a pimple type bump but it kinda looks like a scar its squishy like there is liquid in it but painless and every attempt to squeeze it weilds only clear liquid, what could it be?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If it has not changed in 5 years, you may watch and wait and talk to your doctor next time you see her/him. If it bleeds, ulcerates or a bigger nodule forms it would be prudent to see a doctor.
