Serious acne: In spite of what anyone may tell you, acne ha nothing to do with personal hygiene. You need scientific treatment, and this is your right -- it's the 21st century. This kind of acne will probably require a combination of topicals (benzoyl peroxide plus Clindamycin is one possibility) plus a systemic antibiotic that's right for you, or "the pill" may clear you if you can take it.
