how can i monitor my blood pressure?

Home BP cuff: There are a variety of home BP cuffs available online for measuring your BP at home. While they are not perfect, they are a good way to see your general BP health at any given time. There are also a variety of locations that have blood pressure measurement devices for the public, such as pharmacies. You should measure your BP at least once a day, more if you can.
