What can i use for my 2 year old son, he been itching for a long time and has developed rush like marks on his neck...he itches mostly at night?

Eczema?: Do you have family history of allergy? Try moisturizer first at least twice daily and if it does not relieve the itching in about a week you may talk to a pharmacist for to like try hydrocortisone but do not use it for long. Use it as needed. I hope it is not mosquito bite? Cortaid as need would help that too.
