Don't worry: Current guidelines recommend 400IU Vit D3 supplementation directly to the baby per day. Other Research shows that high dose maternal vitamin D supplementation (4000-6400 IU/d or a single monthly dosage of 150,000 IU) can enrich breastmilk adequately for infants. Not sure what you mean by 60K (60,000IU?), but even one large dose on one day is not going to hurt your baby.
