Neuralgia: Hello. The causes of headaches are many and varied. The associated symptoms you mention of being worse or exacerbated by eating makes me think of a neuralgia. In this condition, one or more nerves are irritated, inflamed and produce the symptoms you mention. I recommend you to visit a neurologist to be properly evaluated and treated.
